1. General Information

Thank you for choosing our laser equipment. We value your shopping experience and strive to provide high-quality products and services.

Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase on our website (https://www.hantenlaser.com), you acknowledge and agree to this policy and our Terms & Conditions of Sale.


2. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order.

  • Email confirmation only indicates that we have received the order, not that it has been accepted.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • If you cancel an order at least one day before shipment, we will refund the product cost, but third-party payment processing fees (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal) are non-refundable.

  • If you refuse the shipment or cancel an order that has already been shipped, you are responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.


3. Return Window & Conditions

You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 30 days of receiving the product if any of the following situations apply:

  • The product arrives damaged, cracked, or heavily contaminated

  • You received the incorrect model or an item inconsistent with your order


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Customized or special-configuration products (including power level, wavelength, colors, etc.)

  • Products that have been powered on, installed, used, or show signs of use

  • Damage caused by improper operation, misuse, or unauthorized modification

  • Products beyond the return period

  • Missing accessories, manuals, or incomplete original packaging

  • Consumable parts (such as nozzles, lenses, optical components, fuses, etc.)


5. Warranty Policy

All laser equipment includes a 12-month limited warranty. Warranty claims must meet the following requirements:

  • Submit a written warranty request within the warranty period

  • Provide evidence of defects (photos or videos)

  • Submit the claim within 30 days after discovering the issue

Not covered under warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear or consumable items

  • Damage caused by improper use, modification, or unauthorized repair

  • Damage caused by external forces, accidents, or third-party transport


6. Return Packaging & Shipping Costs

  • All returned products must include original packaging, accessories, cables, manuals, etc.

  • Returns must be shipped within 30 days of approval.

  • You must provide photos/videos showing the defect or mismatch and proving that it significantly affects the product’s value or function.

  • Unless confirmed to be a quality issue caused by us, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • If we initially prepaid return shipping but the inspection finds no quality issues, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • Damage caused during return shipping due to improper packaging is the buyer’s responsibility.


7. Refund & Exchange Process

  • We will inspect returned products within 7 business days after receiving them.

  • If approved, we will process the refund or exchange.

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping fees, restocking fees, and third-party payment fees are non-refundable.

  • If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts, the refund amount will be deducted accordingly.

  • If replacement stock is unavailable, an extended wait time may apply or the order may be refunded instead.


8. Additional Notes

  • We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time.

  • This policy has the same legal effect as the Terms & Conditions of Sale.

  • In case of disputes, applicable laws at the place of purchase shall prevail.

  • We reserve final interpretation rights for matters not covered in this policy.
