What materials can the 20W/30W fiber laser mark?

The kOALA™ fiber laser can mark most metal and some non-metal materials, including:


  • Stainless steel

  • Aluminum & anodized aluminum

  • Brass & copper

  • Gold, silver, titanium

  • Tool steel & carbon steel

  • Painted / coated metal

  • Certain plastics (ABS, PC, PVC)

  • Leather (surface marking)

It is not suitable for wood, glass, acrylic, or transparent materials — these require a UV laser.
